Great shot, Jess! The white-out background is
delightfully other-worldly. As if "going
toward the light" but stopping for a
little romance along the way.
I also notice that the cracked sidewalk at
the front seems to smooth out toward the
back. If we stay with the heavenly metaphor,
the front is terrestrial sidewalk reflecting
the imperfection of the living world, and the
back is increasing perfection until all is
white and clear and perfect. A bunch of hooey
in my opinion, but it works beautifully in
the picture.
