I would say the one without the stairs. I

I would also have to go with the one without
the stairs. While I find them both lovely,
the first one has a more balanced
composition.

I prefer the lower version with the steps as
it gives the feeling of depth and height, but
the top one works in some ways equally.

It's hard to say, but
I think I may like the second shot better,
because you can see the stairs plus the path
on the upper level.
Both are interesting. I would have favored
the second shot, but you've set it as
private, so I can't even access it.
