This Texaco station burnt down last summer. The owner literally just took the insurance money and deserted the place.
Everything was left. Tools, tires, vehicles... notice the pizza box in the truck.

Such a statement.

With the lax local government, the place just sits as is with a single fallen down caution tape around the premises that I missed the first time i walked around.

Notice the dripping red-burnt skirt under the Texaco letters.
