while the sun is shining. The little village of Compton Bishop seen from way way way up above from the mendips
Would have liked the composition slightly different, perhaps with from a lower vantage point so that the curch and forest were a bit closer together, but I enjoy this pastoral scene anyway

It's superb anyway, Dave. Could it be
anywhere else than Britain? LOL

This looks like it could be a location
straight out of Rosemary and Thyme.. or
Midsummer Murders... quintessentially
English. More Earl Grey? '-D

Actually, for this to be a scene from
Misommer Murders there would have to be about
fourteen festivals with tents and
attractions, etc around the church. There's
ALWAYS a murder-in-the-middle-of-a-festival
in Midsommer Murders...

Indeed I am not sure it could be anywhere
else!
Thanks. it is indeed
Thank you. It was lovely up on these hills,
and i know this church from once having
visited it from below. Such a lovely location
hidden away
] Funny enough I was curious as to why there
were dead bodies strewn along the country
lanes about these parts. I thin it must be
something in the water in these rural areas?
And always a balding vicar and the WI jam
Thank you kayork :)
chers! added

Thanks mate. It realy says Englad all over

Thanks Andy. I have a confession. the
tractor was in fact in a less interesting
