I really like the lens choice for this - it
suggests, as you write, that you were intent
on the bbb, but also that you most certainly
had your eye on the eye of that bee!

What a terrific surprise -- you have to be on

This is so lovely! And knowing that it was
taken in Trinidad makes it even more special
as Trinidad is one of my favorite places
along the northern California coast.
