An Epilogue of a Day in Suburbia
Thanks to humidity after a passing storm and the high-level cirrus clouds, this was one of the most amazing sunsets I have seen in awhile.

A Living City
LuminaTO: Pulse Front
This beautiful art installation for LuminaTO was designed by Rafael Lozzno-Hemmer. It's the world's largest public interactive light installation. The lights pulse according to the heartbeats of passers-by and move based on the "personality" of the heartbeat. I found that to be really cool and I wish it was year-round. Then again, I don't know how the people who live in the condos think of it... seeing these bright beams of light every night. ;) To think that all these lights were controlled by the heartbeats of people, it was just awe-inspiring.

Lethal Attraction
These dew drops of my cape sundew (Drosera capensis) are irresistible to insects. It does a great job of catching gnats around the house.

Unfortunately, my Windows O/S crashed a few days ago and lost all my photos/data/work that I've made this past month. On the brighter side, I can say that Doors Open was great!
I'll be back shortly after I get my computer going again. Have a great weekend, everyone =)

Big Beady Eyes
I apologize beforehand to any arachnophobics (I'm somewhat an arachnophobic myself ;) ) on my contact list. This little fella was roughly a centimeter in size.

Tomorrow is Doors Open Toronto. I'll be heading off to the Distillery District, Brickworks, Lower Bay Station, Four Seasons of the Performing Arts, Horse Palace - just to name a few. Everything has been planned out extensively, so I'll be going rain or shine... even with the thunderstorm on Sunday. Can't wait!
