Probably neither - lovely shot, though. Is it
the Barbican?

Thank you very much everyone. Your comments
and faves are very much appreciated. I'm
rather stunned at the response to this, given
that it was a reject that I had rescued from
the bin. My apologies that lack of time
precludes me from responding to each of your
comments individually.
@GWL - Not Hampstead, Regents Park nor
Leicester Square. But it is a pedestrianized
area if that helps at all. Thousands of
people must walk past this every day.
@group invitations - thank you all, but I
am not interested in accumulating pixelated
trophies, so I shall respectfully decline.
@thuykieu55 - do I know you?
@Murfomurf - "urban eye
pollution"... I like that term!

Aha, I recognise that phrase 'not interested
in accumulating pixelated trophies' ,
although they seem as invasive as bindweed
even if you put up a big sign warning them
off . . . .anyway, lovely pic, waterlilies as
not seen by Monet, with red light refletions.

@GFR - nope, not Whitechapel either...
still to far east.
@Barbara - yes, sorry I stole your
phrase... perhaps a blinking twinkling
graphical version of that would get the
message across? Thanks! Glad you like this
one... although I'm still not sure it
deserves the attention that it's been
getting.

Ha! I like your thinking there, but no. Not
being a religious man church grounds are not
where I spend my Sunday afternoons. This is
definitely out in the open accessible by
people of all religions.

@Jasper - yup, thereabouts.
@KE4SFQ - yes, indeed. I would never have
dreamt of shooting this at a higher
perspective. There were other people walking
past, also taking pictures, and they looked
at me like I was crazy. Ha!
@Monica - yes, sorry... this one has gone a
bit mad.
@Martin - yes, part of the new ugly
development... but you'll have to share the
point with Jasper who's jumped in there with
Steward Street.

@artur.borzecki - thanks!
@Martin - thank you. This was taken at
around 16.00. There was a kid playing right
next to me trying to splash water onto my
lens! To be honest, I didn't know that the
street extended onto that side of the new
development, but Google Maps say so, so it
must be true. The pond is actually clearly
identifiable from the satellite image too.
